Small pelagic and meso-pelagic fish are harvested in the clear unpolluted waters off the Southern African coast by one of the Groups fleet of 22 purse seine or mid-water trawl factory vessels. The catch is delivered daily to one of the 3 strategically placed land-based plants or is processed daily on the factory vessels and the resultant fresh raw material provides the firm base for our quality product.
